Thank you for choosing Rangmahal Emporium for your shopping needs. We take pride in offering you elegant and high-quality ethnic wear. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide the following return option:
Returns for a Coupon Credit
Please note: Coupon codes are only applicable on Rangmahal Emporium’s official online store.
You have 3 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return for a coupon credit.
For Indian Orders:
We only accept returns within 3 days after delivery.
To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Service Team at:

Once the form is submitted, kindly acknowledge it with our Customer Service team. We will then arrange a return pickup from our side.
The pickup will take place within 2–3 working days after initiation.
Please ensure that your order details are securely pasted on the return package.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for us to process your return and issue the coupon credit.
You will be notified via email once the return has been successfully processed.
Conditions for Returns
The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Discounted / Clearance items under the highest discount category are not eligible for return.
Made-to-Order (MTO) / Stitched articles are not returnable.
No returns or exchanges are applicable on promotional offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free).
How to Use the Credit Note
- Once you receive a credit note code from us, you can apply it at the checkout page.
- Enter the code in the ‘Coupon Code’ section and click ‘Apply’.
- The discount will immediately reflect, and the applicable amount will be deducted from your total.
Important Note
Customers may request a return or exchange if the product is faulty due to manufacturing defects or an error from our side.
To ensure efficiency and product quality, returns for the same issue are limited to two times only.
