  • Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment.

Currently, Rangmahal Emporium does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be completed through our secure online payment options.

We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)

  • Net Banking (all major banks)

  • UPI & Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

All payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery for a coupon credit.

  • Once we receive the item in original condition, a credit note will be issued.

Note: Made-to-Order (MTO), stitched pieces, clearance items, or heavily discounted products are not eligible for return/exchange.

Yes! Rangmahal Emporium takes pride in offering premium quality fabrics and craftsmanship. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best.

Yes, you may request a change of shipping address before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to make the update.

Our delivery partner will attempt the delivery two more times if you’re unavailable during the first attempt. You can also reschedule delivery using the tracking link shared with you.

No, Made-to-Order (MTO) pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed. In case of size clarifications, please connect with us before placing your order.

In rare cases, courier partners may mark an order as delivered prematurely. Please:

  • Check with neighbors/security guards.

  • Contact our support team immediately with your order number, and we will resolve it with the courier service.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link on your registered email/phone. Simply click the link to track your order in real-time.

We deeply regret the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged product, please:

  • Notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product.

  • We will arrange a pickup and issue a credit note/exchange after verifying the damage.

Yes. All our product images are original and reflect the actual design, fabric, and color. Minor differences may occur due to lighting or screen resolution, but the overall product remains true to the description.

If your payment failed but the amount was deducted, it will usually be refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days. You can try placing the order again with a valid payment method.
