Returns & Exchanges
At Rang Mahal Emporium, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy Return & Exchange Policy for eligible products.
We allow returns and exchanges within the specified days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered, and in saleable condition with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
All returned products undergo a quality check at our warehouse. If the returned item does not pass the quality check, it will be shipped back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Important Guidelines
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Altered garments
Gift cards, vouchers, and e-gift vouchers
Custom-made or sale/discounted products (unless received damaged or defective)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may raise a return request within the specified time. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all tags and invoice.
Any return/exchange for reasons other than damage/defect will not include shipping charges (if applicable).
Products purchased during a sale/offer period can only be exchanged within the same period, subject to availability.
Return & Exchange Process
You may return/exchange your order in the following ways:
1. Return & Exchange through Rang Mahal Emporium Courier Collection
Login to your account at rangmahalemporium.com → My Account > Orders > Return/Exchange OR
Write to us at rangmahalemporium@gmail.com or call us at +91 7300036122 to request a return/exchange.
Our courier partner will collect the product from your delivery address within 2–3 working days. Please ensure the item is securely packed with original invoice and tags.
2. Return & Exchange through Self-Courier
If you prefer to send the product yourself, kindly ship it to our warehouse at the address below. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
Refund mode selected at the time of raising the return request cannot be changed later.
Refund timeline:
Net Banking / UPI: 2–7 working days
Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 working days
Wallets / Rang Mahal Credit Note: 0–3 working days
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 3–5 working days after submission of bank details.
Exchange
All exchange requests are subject to availability of stock.
A new order number will be generated once your exchange is confirmed.
For size exchanges, only the same product can be requested.
